Patricia L. This partnership is evident in her long-term collaboration since 1993 with the University of Pittsburgh’s PA Child Welfare Training Program, where she's ardently championed diversity training for professionals.

Her contribution to diversity doesn't stop there. Mrs. Gadsden has co-authored pioneering curriculums, such as “Valuing Diversity” and “Managing Diversity,” setting benchmarks in the field. Her recognition as one of the top 50 Pennsylvania Women in Business in 2006 speaks volumes about her impact in the state.
